Jason Martz brings decades of experience, musicianship and dediction to Chorduroy. Having picked up the guitar at 15, he went on to perform and record extensively with several acclaimed acts, including the signed metal band Wicked Innocence, which released three albums and toured across the West, Midwest, and Mexico. Jason later joined the national touring band downthesun and recorded with Philadelphia’s East A.M., who earned the Delaware “Best Band” award. With Chorduroy, Jason combines his technical skill and stage experience to deliver dynamic performances that keep every crowd on its feet.
Rich Degnars, born and raised in Wilmington DE. Bachelor of Music from The University of the Arts, Philadelphia, Pa. Private drum instructor and music producer. Seasoned pro. Can play all styles. When not playing music, enjoys cooking. In the band because he owns a van! Influences include but not limited to: The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, The Doors, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Steely Dan, Toto, The Who, Van Halen and many more! Favors great jazz drummers as they are superior in every way.
Christian Garrett is a Newark, Delaware born multi‑instrumentalist whose musical foundation started with his family, and was shaped at the University Of Delaware. he brings a blend of technical skill and instinctive groove to every project he joins. Whether locking in a rhythm section or adding texture and color to a song, Christian’s musicianship reflects years of dedication, curiosity, and a deep love for live performance.
